Providing Young People with the Skills and Know-how to Thrive.
At Mo1 Youths, we are a dedicated team of experienced, qualified youth workers based in West London. Our trauma-informed approach recognises the challenges young people face, including violence, exclusion, and adversity.
We don’t just respond to issues, we work holistically to build trust, promote healing, and inspire every young person to believe in their potential. Through mentoring, fitness, education and family support, we equip them with the tools they need to thrive, emotionally, socially and professionally.

Mentorship
We are offering Youth Mentoring tackling Anti-social Behaviour, Knife Crime, & Gangs (SYV) Youth Mentoring in North Kensington for vulnerable youth.
Mindfulness (Art)
Through our creative outlet, young people can channel their energy and bond with their peers in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Employability and Health workshops
The focus will be on NEETs, those who are unemployed, underemployed, or out of school, to encourage and support them back into life.

DONATE NOW
Our Mission
Executing life changing work with young people, in an effort to save the lives of those who have slipped through the net and are living on the margins of society. We believe it is our civic duty to provide positive outcomes for young people, to assist their growth to becoming responsible adults.
Our mission is to empower young people aged 5–25 to overcome adversity, build resilience and reach their full potential.
We do this through a trauma-informed approach that combines mentoring, fitness, education, and family support. By creating safe, inclusive and inspiring spaces, we help young people heal, grow and thrive, emotionally, socially and economically.
At Mo1 Youths, we believe that with the right support, every young person can thrive — no matter their starting point.

Our Theory of Change
The Challenge: Many of the young people we support have experienced trauma, poverty, exclusion, and violence.
Our Approach: We use a trauma-informed model that provides consistent, trusted relationships and structured opportunities for growth. This includes 1:1 mentoring, boxing and fitness, education and skills, and family advocacy.
What Changes: Young people build trust, confidence, and emotional resilience. They gain qualifications, skills, and networks. Families are better equipped to support their children. The Outcome: Young people move forward with hope and the tools to lead safer, healthier and more purposeful lives.

Physical Training
Boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, fitness training, and teamwork are some of the disciplines we teach.

Provide Community
We create a safe, supportive community where young people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow.

Trips
Our trips combine wellbeing, cultural exploration, and hands-on learning, helping young people build confidence, discover new perspectives, and create lasting memories in supportive environments

Up-Skilling
We equip young people with practical skills and knowledge to boost confidence, independence, and employability.

Pastoral Support
Grounded in trauma-informed care, our pastoral support builds trust and emotional resilience in young people who’ve experienced adversity.

Prepare Them for Life
Mo1 Youths take a holistic approach, meeting young people’s emotional, social, educational and practical needs to support their full development.
BECOME A MO1 YOUTHS PARTNER
At Mo1 Youths, we’re looking to partner with organisations, businesses, and community groups who want to create real change for children and young people in Kensington & Chelsea.
With over 18,000 businesses, world-class museums, iconic shopping destinations, and events like the Notting Hill Carnival, this borough is full of opportunity, but not everyone has access to it.
We want to change that.
We’re calling on local employers, creatives, venues and professionals to open their doors to our young people, whether that’s through volunteering placements, apprenticeships, training programmes or paid employment.
Together, we can unlock potential, build brighter futures, and make sure young people know what’s possible in their own borough.
Let’s work together to make Kensington & Chelsea a place where every young person can thrive.

More Good For More Youths!

Abdullahi Ali, Director, Baraka Community Association.
I see the young people gravitate to Mo and his colleagues, who offer them guidance and new skills. The opportunities they offer are not readily available elsewhere and Mo and the team always give the maximum to the youths who join in. Mo’s work with Baraka has been invaluable and is getting more popular every week.”

It was an honour for our CEO to serve as one of the boxing judges at the Mayor’s Charity Boxing Event held at Kensington Town Hall, organised by Fit for Life Youths and the K&C Foundation.
It was a fantastic evening raising funds for a worthwhile cause. A huge well done to everyone who took part in the bouts, including Councillor Catherine Faulks for a commendable fight, and all the other participants who gave it their all.
We are proud to be part of a community that comes together to support such meaningful initiatives.
