About Us

Our Mission

Executing life changing work with young people, in an effort to save the lives of those who have slipped through the net and are living on the margins of society. We believe it is our civic duty to provide positive outcomes for young people, to assist their growth to becoming responsible adults.

Physical Training

Boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, fitness training, and teamwork are some of the disciplines we teach.

Provide Community

This is a short description elaborating the service you have mentioned above.

Trips

A MO1 Youths program broadens young people's horizons in different areas and cultures.

Up-Skilling

We provide our young people with exciting new opportunities and challenges to grow through a variety of activities.

Pastoral Support

We provide the young people with advice and guidance on sensitive personal and social issues.

Prepare Them for Life

Mo1 Youths is there for the young people in a way rarely experienced by many of them elsewhere.

What We Do

We will primarily be working with NEET Youths, Care leavers and local youths from BAME backgrounds living in the North of the borough, from local wards like Golborne, St Helens, Coville and Notting Dale, many of whom reside predominantly from estates and overcrowded flats, live in one parent and low- income households. The long-term effects of Grenfell and the Covid-19 pandemic has presented mental health challenges, which has had a knock-on effect on young people's confidence, behaviour and general social skills with their peers, teacher and family members. We have found the lack of activity during this period has raised concerns around the increased desire to use recreational drugs and heighted exposure to anti-social behaviours, and petty theft.

Why we're here

Mo1 Youths formed as a constituted youth organisation in 2016, born out of passion and determination to provide support to vulnerable at-risk children in the community, we have successful built solid partnerships with several youth groups, which has enabled community groups and in Schools to work more sympathetically with disadvantaged young people with complex needs.

BECOME A MO1 YOUTHS PARTNER

Our goal is to work with partners from different sectors who want to make a difference for kids and teens. Besides having over 18,000 businesses, Kensington & Chelsea has world-class museums, top shopping districts, and world-renowned events like Notting Hill Carnival. The goal is to connect small, local charities with businesses and make sure children and young people know what’s available in Kensington & Chelsea.

Because of our partners we are doing more good for more Youths!
